We are seeking a Sous Chef / Trainee Chef to join our team at a prestigious wedding venue set in spectacular surroundings in Northumberland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and looking to enhance their culinary skills in a busy, high-quality environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work alongside a skilled team to deliver the highest quality of food for weddings and events.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Gain valuable skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to various culinary tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
