A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fishmonger to join a prestigious establishment in Ballater, celebrating the history and culture of the Scottish fishing industry. This role is integral to maintaining the “catch to plate” concept, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and process. About the Role: As the Fishmonger, you will be responsible for running the fresh fish and seafood counter and shop, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor.
