This role is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic individual with a background in food manufacturing. You will be instrumental in managing and improving the site specifications system, ensuring compliance and supporting our technical standards. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and continuously improve the site specifications system, encompassing everything from raw material and supplier assessment to finished products and customer enquiries. Ensure legal and customer technical compliance. Input and manage data on customer web portals and maintain accurate company database records. Assess food safety of raw materials and products to ensure they are safe and legally compliant. Conduct supplier and raw material integrity assessments, including ethical and sustainability evaluations. Coordinate and prioritise personal workload effectively.
