Are you an experienced Flavourist looking to progress in your career, into a more Senior role? Do you want more variety in terms of the clients brief you work with, and the products & flavours you can create? If yes – Reed Food & FMCG are proud to represent our client in their search for a new Senior Flavourist. They are a Food & Drink Flavouring / Ingredients company that work with other huge brands on their upcoming NPD launches. — Role: Senior Flavourist Salary: £65k to XXX – depends on your experience, sky is the limit for the right person. Location: Suffolk Work pattern: 5 days a week onsite, Monday to Friday – standard office hours — Responsibilities: – enhancing the existing portfolio of blends, formulations & flavours – ensuring the successful launch of new product lines & collaborating with other colleagues + clients to develop the category further through innovation – creating next generation flavours to address market dynamics and changing consumer tastes – pitching your concepts to clients – where possible, mentor and train other members of the team Requirements: – previous experience in creating flavours within predefined timeframe, quality + cost criteria – confidence to present to, and consult clients to influence the end product through your own knowledge & experience – Food Science / Organic Chemistry degree If you’d like to find out more – please apply and a consultant will in touch
