Project Manager – Civil Engineering Location: Northeast England Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage a range of infrastructure projects within the civils infrastructure sector in Northeast England. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead significant projects and contribute to the development of essential infrastructure. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and deliver heavy civils infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and other relevant regulations and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including site managers and contractors. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their application in the heavy civils sector. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
