We are recruiting for a caring professional and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety at this home, undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance.
