Do you have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing expert guidance and outstanding customer care?We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Fire Risk Assessor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\’ll play a key part in helping our clients meet legal and industry standards by delivering top-tier risk assessments, compliance audits, training, and technical advice.What you’ll be doing:Visit client sites to carry out Health, Safety & Fire risk assessments, Safe4Site Compliance Audits, and deliver technical support and advice.Produce high-quality, detailed reports to highlight key health, safety and fire risks and recommend appropriate actions.Assist with internal projects, report quality checks, and office support as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation to ensure accurate and reliable guidance.Help ensure company systems, processes, and templates stay compliant and user-friendly.Promote the company’s values by providing excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships.About you:Based in London or surrounding areas, and willing to travel into London to carry out site visits on a regular basisHold at least a Level 4 diploma qualification, or equivalent, in Fire Risk Management, an equivalent health & safety qualification with associated professional membershipsExperience in risk assessing residential properties is preferredConfident communicator with excellent report writing and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.Willingness to travel to client sites and support in-office operations when required.About us:4site Consulting is a specialist Health & Safety consultancy supporting Commercial and Residential Property Management across the UK.
