You’ll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.Your responsibilities will include:Providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of careSupport Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQCIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional DirectorInterpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisionsABOUT YOUYou’ll embody our core values—caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable—in everything you do.
