In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our SEO agency, driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings across our Jobseeker , Courses , and Career Advice websites. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies with our agency to drive organic growth for Jobs, Courses, and Career Advice platforms. Monitor SEO trends and provide actionable business recommendations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and marketing teams to implement SEO insights. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits. Optimize website content, on-page elements, and site structure for SEO performance. Generate reports on organic performance and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Skills and Experience Our ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of SEO experience with expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical strategies. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner). Proven track record in link-building strategies, including digital PR and social media outreach. Experience optimizing content and collaborating with content teams to integrate SEO best practices. Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.
