We’re looking for a data-driven, user-focused Product Manager to join our agile, cross-functional squad. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and our AI team to solve real customer problems and deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and evolve a key product area, improving experience and performance
• Use user research, data, A/B testing, and market insights to guide decisions
• Define and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Maintain a prioritised backlog, write user stories, and define OKRs
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate progress and performance
• Contribute to our strong, collaborative Product & Design culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years Product Manager experience in a fast-paced, user-centric environment
• Skilled in user research, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Strong prioritisation and roadmap planning (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Agile experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and roadmapping platforms
