If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of quality assured training to our team. You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Other responsibilities will include:Leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topicsIdentifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS) Planning and designing engaging learning courses and content.Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually, accurately recording training sessions in the LMS.Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training.ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have:Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector.Experience in adult social care and related qualifications.Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).A UK driving licence and own transport.ABOUT AVERY At Avery, we’re not just one of the UK’s largest providers of luxury elderly care homes – we’re a place where people love to work.
