Overview
At Reed.co.uk, we help people Love Mondays by connecting them with life-changing jobs and courses. We’re now looking for a Lead Designer to shape the future of our candidate-facing products and inspire a culture of design excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor and grow a small design team.
- Deliver elegant, user-centred product experiences across web and mobile.
- Champion UX and UI best practices, from research through to polished design.
- Oversee and evolve our Design System and reusable UI patterns.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong digital portfolio.
- Expert in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe CS) and user research methods.
- Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating design vision.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for great design.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and able to balance user needs with business goals.
