What You\’ll Do
Lead, mentor and grow a small design team.
Deliver elegant, user-centred product experiences across web and mobile.
Champion UX and UI best practices, from research through to polished design.
Oversee and evolve our Design System and reusable UI patterns.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.
What We\’re Looking For
7+ years\’ hands‐on UI/UX experience with a strong digital portfolio.
Expert in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe CS) and user research methods.
Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating design vision.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for great design.
Commercially aware, proactive, and able to balance user needs with business goals.
