With outstanding professionalism and attention to detail, they create a welcoming environment, leaving a lasting positive impression on resort visitors.SalaryThe on-target earning potential for this role is a £27,560.60 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £26,063 supplemented by an estimated £1,497.60 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.About the roleAs a supervisor in the housekeeping team, you will be required to assist the Housekeeping Management with, but not limited to, leading an AM or PM shift from the floor, briefing and directing the team. You will also be responsible for the following:·        Ability to work as a Supreme, cleaning rooms to the highest standards as business requires·        Hands on approach to housekeeping – demonstrating, training, leading·        People management – persuasive, inspiring and determined.
