Reed is looking for a Content Studio Team Lead to join their team in Holborn, London.
Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head our content studios team, driving content production across marketing and learning. This is a key role with big ambitions—working closely with internal teams, clients, and our podcast producer to deliver high-impact, engaging content that reflects and evolves the Reed brand.
Success in this role calls for a versatile content professional with strong copywriting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. You’ll be hands-on in creating and guiding content across various formats and audiences, all while keeping aligned with our brand voice. Curiosity, energy, and a passion for creating content that inspires and informs are essential—especially if you're excited about shaping the future of work through powerful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Content team strategy
- Content team production workflow oversight and plan
- Podcast production management oversight of weekly show
- Team leadership of x2 hires
- Writing scripts for educational videos
- Developing resources, templates and quizzes to complement online learning content
- Developing blurbs and marketing materials to promote learning products and services Supporting the programme lead to develop course structure and format for different modules
- Researching industry trends, hot topics and developments
- Ensuring all content is of high quality, consistent with the Reed tone of voice and written to a good standard of English
Skills and Experience
- Proficient with content in all formats
- Ability to summarise and edit complex information into concise content whilst retaining key concepts
- A flair for writing in a curious, dynamic and optimistic tone of voice, that comes across as down-to-earth, and balances empathy with expertise
- An eye for detail, with excellent proofing and editing skills
- Experience in creating a variety of different content
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fantastic communication skills and experience working as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Research skills, could be in a professional/ personal capacity
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically
- Positive mindset to work on new ventures with a test and learn approach
- Openness to develop new skills and knowledge
