You\’ll be offered a minimum contract of 20 hours.This isn’t just a development programme – it’s your chance to shape your career, build your confidence, and make a real impact in your store and community.What is the Accelerated Leadership Programme?You’ll be supported every step of the way as you:Progress from a barista to store supervisor during the programmeReceive 1:1 coaching from a Professional Development ExpertWork towards a recognised leadership qualification with the Chartered Management InstituteBuild skills in leadership, communication, team development, and operational excellenceBy the end of the programme, you’ll be store manager ready and eligible to apply for permanent store manager in-training opportunities.What we’re looking for:You don’t need any previous experience, just a passion for people, a drive to grow, and a commitment to learning.To be eligible, you must:You must be a UK resident who has lived in the UK for the last 3 years. If you are a previous resident of the EU/EEA, you must have gained pre-settlement or settlement status. If you are a non-UK resident, you must be on an acceptable Visa. This visa must cover the full duration of the Apprenticeship, including your End Point Assessment (EPA).You must have a substantial skills gap between your current capability and where you would be on completion of the apprenticeship.Not be currently be in education or on an apprenticeship programmeNot be on an Entrepreneur (Tier 1), Student (Tier 4) and Government Authorised Exchange (Tier 5) Visa.
