We are looking for an exceptional HR professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team. With our employers based all across England, this is a remote role where you will coach and develop apprentices to successfully pass their apprenticeship programmes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Apprenticeship Tutor, you will not only be a coach to our apprentices, but you will also bring their apprenticeship journey to life, drawing upon your industry knowledge and tutoring skills to provide excellent support and guidance to meet the apprenticeship Standards. You will support cohorts of Level 5 People Professional and Level 7 Senior People Professional apprentices from induction through to successful completion of their End Point Assessment, while working closely with their employer to help develop and embed the Knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace. Supporting a caseload of approximately 40 apprentices (for a full time Tutor), you will hold monthly 1:1's and quarterly progress reviews to coach apprentices throughout their programmes. You will also work with our functional skills delivery partner, Runway Training, to track progress, along with the wider CIPD delivery team. As all delivery is online, you will need to be confident with our blended learning approach and delivering webinars and tutorials via Teams and Zoom, while tracking progress through our ePortfolio system, OneFile. Although delivery of the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management qualification is desirable, experience of delivering the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualification is essential as you will be required to deliver unit webinars and mark assessments. While supporting apprentices you will also have the opportunity to work on projects and develop yourself through CPD activities.
Skills and qualifications- Experience in delivering Human Resource Management Level 5 and Level 7 apprenticeships.
- Experience of delivering the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management qualification is essential.
- Up to date knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent requirements.
- Experience of online delivery via either Teams or Zoom.
- Familiarity with the Education Inspection Framework and funding rule requirements, such as off the job training.
- CIPD qualified, with HR experience to coach apprentices up to Level 7.
- Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics.
- Proficiency in using eportfolio systems to communicate with and monitor apprentices progress. OneFile experience is desirable, but not essential.
