As an Account Manager you’ll be instrumental in managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, and driving client satisfaction and retention. This role blends strategic thinking and operational awareness with a strong background in project management.

  • Account Growth & Performance Tracking: Identifying opportunities for account growth and expanding client engagements.

About You

We’re looking for someone with expertise in account management who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years) in account management in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Platform/Tech Knowledge: Experience in project management tools such as Teamwork, Monday.com, Trello or similar.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
