Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, you’ll be instrumental in leading delivery across the agency, driving efficiencies and managing capacity. This role requires strategic thinking and performance analysis to oversee agency delivery and processes, manage relationships with key stakeholders and drive discipline performance. Management: Inspire the delivery teams within the agency, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, aligned to agency KPIs Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of all project and retainer deliverables for all disciplines, monitoring performance against scopes of work, timelines, SLAs and milestones.
