As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing and developing our client relationships while driving success across digital projects. This role blends a passion for client service with proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of website and digital projects; from initial scoping and planning to execution, delivery, content population, UAT and post-launch evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects to ensure the successful delivery of digital services.
- Provide hands-on support in creating wireframes, sitemaps, and functional specifications as needed.
- Assist when required with tasks such as website population and UAT.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms, applying innovative strategies to client campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, recommending additional digital services to clients where appropriate.
About You
We’re looking for someone with expertise in project management, focusing on websites or other digital projects, who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience: 3+ years as an account or project manager with a proven track record of managing digital projects from conception to launch, delivering on time and within budget, surpassing client expectations.
- Principles: Strong understanding of website design and development processes, including UX and UI.
- Soft-skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Exceptional communication, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Agency knowledge: Agency or fast-paced environment experience is highly desirable.
