About the Role Showroom Sales Consultants are known as 'Retail Consultant' and as part of the Bathroom Life team in Richmond, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
- Your day to day
- Retail customer selections: Guiding customers and helping them choose the right bathroom products
- Growing business through prospecting: Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales and market share.
- Managing your sales funnel end-to-end: Quotes, customer orders and project management — through phone, email and face-to-face contact.
- Utilising our CRM (Salesforce/C360): To plan, execute and keep accurate records of your account development and customer engagement activity.
- Conducting business beyond the showroom: Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships, understand project needs and win work.
- Showroom Experience: Ensure showroom is kept safe and operating smoothly using the Reece S7 Service Standards.
- Drive Sales & Grow the
Business: Achieve personal sales, customer order and quote conversion targets.
Prospect for new business and developing existing accounts to grow share of wallet.
- Manage the full sales funnel from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales.
- Be a Brand Hero: Be a passionate brand ambassador and storyteller, with strong knowledge of each brand’s products, features, benefits and value.
- Customer Contact Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences across every channel — showroom, phone, email and on-site.
- Communicate swiftly, positively and professionally with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Sell the Reece Way: Demonstrate a high level of “Selling the Reece Way” to understand customer needs and deliver customised solutions that build repeat business.
