Recruitment Consultant at Fawkes & Reece

Location: 5 days in Takeley

Full Time, Fully site based

Permanent basis

Construction/ house build experience

Ideally someone with COINS experience

You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following;

  • Invoice Management: Receiving, processing, and recording invoices from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Payment Processing: Preparing and processing payments, including creating payment runs and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Communication: Handling inquiries from vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding payment status and discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all payment activities adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and contractual requirements.
