Exciting Project Director opportunity for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.

About the role of Project Director:

Winning and delivering commercial office fit out projects valued around £20 – £80 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B fit out and cut & carve.

Responsibilities for Project Director:

  • Monitoring build progress overseeing finance and ensuring quality
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers
  • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Project Director:

  • Experience working as a Project Director on commercial fit out projects valued up from £10 – £50 million
  • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
  • CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
  • Experience winning work taking projects from tendering to pre-construction through to delivery
