If you have experience in Retail Management and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace, then this may be the position for you.
Duties will include:
- Providing customised customer service to our customers.
- Responsibility for staff management, OHS issues and overall WHS.
- Accountability for debtors, customer requests including complaints and customer development (growing sales).
- Demonstrated ability in business development is preferred.
- Stock management including ensuring the optimal stock levels for efficiency.
- Branch presentation.
- Maintaining a high level of service standards.
- Commitment to learning and growing.
With preferred experience in working well within a team and having exposure to people management you may be what we are looking for. Having experience within the Building Sector will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite and you will have had a similar level of responsibility and now possibly be looking for a new challenge or to take the next step in your career.
You will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment leading the team from the front. Your high level of business acumen and professionalism will also be required from time to time, as well as the discipline to work autonomously. You will also have a current driver’s licence and a forklift licence is preferable.
