REE is changing the electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for EVs. We work with leading automotive players worldwide and technology companies to ensure development, engineering and manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager for Cabin Systems to support REEβs rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of REE truck cabin systems to meet program-specific targets including functional performance, quality, cost and timing.
- The truck cabin systems comprise:
- Cabin primary structure
- Interior trim (pillar trims, flooring, IP)
- Exterior trim (bumpers, cladding etc.)
- Closures (doors & lids)
- Glazing, mechanisms and sealing
- Seating & restraints
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in product development.
- Proven experience of developing and delivering cabin systems from concept to production within an OEM or tier one organization, able to demonstrate you have delivered programs from concept to SOP.
- Knowledge at expert level of cabin components, systems, and production methods.
- Proficient with CATIA V6 software including part design, assembly design, and drafting.
- Knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Managing workload in a demanding environment with potential for changing priorities.
- Working experience of Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated; ability to communicate at all levels.
- Be a team player with the ability to work alongside talented colleagues as part of a driven and dedicated team.
