Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This is a customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone who thrives on building immediate rapport and handling high-stakes customer interactions. This position is full-time, exempt, remote, and requires travel in the EU/UK per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviews.
  • Be a subject matter expert in all Redzone modules.
  • Lead onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective customers.
  • Provide mentorship and development for account executives.
  • Create technical scoping documents and liaise with Project Manager/Implementation teams.
  • Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses.
  • Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs.

Qualifications Required Skills:

  • MUST HAVE: Experience in Manufacturing leadership/Operations/Compliance/CI in a production environment on plant floor/assembly or factory in any manufacturing industry (preferred Food and Beverage or Packaging).
  • Strong ability to influence executives and business owners.
  • Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers.
  • High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in a second language advantageous (Italian/Spanish/Other EU).

Education/Experience:

  • BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.
  • At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations/CI/Compliance leadership role.
