About The Role…

You will make sure our public areas are always clean, tidy, fresh and welcoming for our guests after a busy day at work, or an exciting day out – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in – or give them the inspiration to get that last bit of work done. You will walk in the 'guest's shoes' having excellent attention to detail ensuring nothing is missed. This role undertakes all cleaning duties within a busy Health Club / Spa.

You will make sure our public areas are always at their best and in line with company standards. We train you in our standards, but it’s down to you to make the areas special and memorable for our guests.

Your role will also involve cleaning thermal areas such as sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool area, showers, toilets and offices etc.

Assist guests where requested, being able to confidently provide the information required, or finding out to inform them.

Keep your supervisor updated on your progress and alert them to any repairs needed.

Follow our established safety procedures at all times, complete all required training and wear protective equipment when needed.

Be organised – Prepare for your day ahead of starting, keeping on top of required supplies and amenities, always trying to minimise waste and reporting when more items are required.

Inform your line manager or supervisor when lost items are found so we can log these and reunite them with their owners.

Display fantastic presentation and hygiene standards.

Although you will be allocated your own workload, teamwork is also important, working together to complete other tasks that may occur unexpectedly, or helping other team members that need support.

Monitor the laundry while on shift so the leisure areas are fully stocked.

Assist with deep cleaning projects, and ad-hoc duties throughout the month.
