YOUR IMPACT
We are searching for an ABM expert to join our team as an Account-Based Marketing Manager, focused on driving the outbound pipeline for our Finance Automation initiatives. Our ideal team member is a dynamic, data-driven leader who can use data and insights to identify priority accounts and prospective segments and build and execute cross-functional plans to move those accounts through their buyer journeys. Qualified applicants must have both experience in building out ABM programs and drawing insights from data, as well as a track record of implementing omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth.
- Create and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and engagement within our ICP.
- Create and execute email and digital campaigns for target expansion accounts.
- Plan and execute webinars and events for target accounts.
- Use marketing platforms like Marketo, 6Sense and Mutiny to support ABM initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Development Reps and Sales teams to develop account-focused playbooks including outbound prospecting, lead nurture, webinars and events, and setting sales meetings.
- Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.
- Report to Director of Marketing on all ABM activities including business metrics aligned to pipeline generation, discovery meetings, and key campaign success metrics.
- Manage strategic account lists and timelines.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing or similar relevant area.
- Account-based and email marketing experience, preferably within B2B enterprise software/SaaS.
- Experience with CRMs, ABM platforms, and marketing automation platforms - Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, Mutiny.
- Proven experience executing innovative and multi-part demand generation programs.
- Analytical, results- and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and prioritise appropriately.
- Proven track record of setting, exceeding, tracking, measuring, and clearly communicating the progress of objectives and goals.
- Self-starter who can manage his or her own time and operate with limited guidance (but knows when to ask for help).
- Outstanding flexibility, adaptability, and sense of accountability.
- Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organisations.
