Business Operations & Transformation Manager Worcester (Hybrid) £45,000 - £50,000k 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation and drive operational improvements across finance, billing and business processes. This is a hands-on role focused on improving cash collection, streamlining workflows, implementing automation and supporting operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities * Manage cash collection and credit control processes. * Improve invoicing accuracy and billing procedures. * Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. * Support customer onboarding, contract administration and renewals. * Develop operational reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards. * Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to improve efficiency. Skills & Experience * Experience in business operations, finance operations, credit control or commercial administration. * Proven track record of process improvement and operational change. * Strong knowledge of CRM and finance systems. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
