- You will be responsible for preparing products for distribution, stock control, stock counts and stock picking.
- Accurately pack and label products according to company standards.
- Inspect products and raise non-conformances for any defects.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, picking, preparing, and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule, this will involve using a handheld scanner.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, by hand or with a forklift truck.
- Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork and the checking in of stock.
- Assisting with the computer systems to generate relevant paperwork and/or organise transport.
- Sorting and placing materials on to racks, and shelves.
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment.
- Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures.
- Maintain paperwork as required.
- Adhere to department work processes.
- Adhere to company H&S policy within the department.
