ABOUT
Redwood Search is working with a well-established and growing organisation that continues to go from strength to strength. We are recruiting a Training Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for scheduling and managing training events within the office and on site at their clients' offices. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organisational skills are essential.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Coordinate and schedule training events in line with agreed timelines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Order materials and prepare all course content, including handouts and technical requirements.
- Accurately log all information in the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot any on-site issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
- Book venues, trainers, accommodation, and travel.
