We are currently recruiting for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys working to targets, and is eager to maximise their earning potential.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 basic + OTE
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Converting customer enquiries into booked sales appointments
- Promoting products and services over the telephone
- Accurately updating customer information on the CRM system
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets
- Following up on quotations and maximising post-appointment sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, telesales or telemarketing
- Confident, engaging and professional telephone manner
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to handle rejection
- Ambitious, competitive and target-driven mindset
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Weekend working on a rota basis (typically 3-4 weekend days per month)
- Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- A day off during the week when working weekends
