Overall purpose: To support the Sales Office department including dealing with external and internal contacts to process Sales Orders and together with the Sales order team handle any queries/issues that may arise in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of Customer Service.
- Achieve individual, team and Company Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Answer all internal and external communications (telephone or electronic) in a timely and professional manner according to Company guidelines.
- Process Sales Orders and Invoice paperwork within Company guidelines and procedures.
- Deal with any Sales Order queries raised by customers relating to their accounts.
- Deal with postal duties and other general Administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning within Company guidelines and procedures.
- Generate Sales reports for senior management and sales force.
- Ensure cover for other team members (busy periods, holidays etc.).
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Sales Fulfilment Manager.
