The Role

As Sales Manager, your focus will be on business development, account management, and market expansion within the burner sector. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, increasing revenue, and building strong, lasting partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the burner, heating, and process industries

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service partners

  • Deliver accurate sales quotations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective support

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets

  • Conduct market analysis to inform product positioning and commercial strategy

  • Manage the product portfolio in line with legislation and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline (preferred but not essential)

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales, ideally in the combustion, heating, or process sector

  • Solid understanding of B2B and B2C markets

  • Experience working with semi-durable goods in both pre- and after-sales environments

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
