About the Role: Based at their headquarters in Tewkesbury, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll take charge of end-to-end event delivery—from setup and crew coordination to client liaison and live on-site problem-solving. Think building immersive experiences, managing talented technical teams, and ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of events, from build to de-rig
- Manage on-site teams and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Oversee event equipment, ensuring it’s maintained, transported, and event-ready
- Maintain accurate project documentation and health & safety records
- Translate client briefs into tailored, high-impact solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Monitor costs and assist in strategic monthly and annual budgeting
- Adapt swiftly to challenges on-site, maintaining calm under pressure
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large-scale or technically complex events
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent budgeting and commercial awareness
- Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines
