We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator/Accounts/HR to take ownership of our administration, payroll and accounts functions while supporting the Directors and Manager in the smooth running of the business. This is a key position within the organisation, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working at the heart of operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day administration
- Managing HR files, contracts, holidays and absence records
- Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll
- Maintaining accounts using Sage (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliations)
- Producing invoices, payment schedules and financial reports
- Monitoring debtors and resolving account queries
- Supporting onboarding and documentation processes
- Supervising and allocating work to the Admin Assistant
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries
