The Role
- Coordinate European import/export road freight
- Handle customs clearances and job documentation
- Manage bookings, quotations and customer updates
- Negotiate rates with transport providers
- Resolve issues quickly and keep shipments on track
- Support Sales with pricing and operational insight
- Complete invoicing and maintain accurate records
