Compliance Assessor

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist compliance-led organisation seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Assessor to support the delivery of high-quality project verification, regulatory compliance, and health & safety administration.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and issue post-verification reports for completed projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality procedures.
Identify areas of risk, non-compliance, or poor practice and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain and administer industry compliance registers and audit documentation.
Liaise with surveyors, operational teams, and administrators regarding remedial works, inspections, quotations, and project requirements.
Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, asset registers, verification schedules, and equipment requirements.
Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for projects.
Support ongoing reviews of safe working practices and operational procedures.
Provide administrative support for quality, compliance, training, and competency initiatives as required.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience maintaining compliance records, reports, and documentation.
Confident IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
