Job description: Business Development Manager – Ireland Location: Ireland (flexible with travel required) Salary: €50,000-€60,000 + Car + Uncapped OTE Sector: Construction / Interior Finishes Job Type: Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a successful sales team operating across Ireland. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and delivering outstanding commercial results. About the Role: This position supports both retail and commercial clients. You will engage with in-store retailers, interior designers, architects, fit-out companies, and end-users to develop and deliver commercial projects. You\’ll use a consultative sales model to build and maintain a pipeline of major projects and strong, sustainable business relationships across the region. Key Responsibilities: * Manage your territory autonomously, including relationships with retailers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, developers, and end-users. * Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on expanding the customer base and building key partnerships. * Drive new business through a mix of digital and face-to-face interactions, delivering high-quality, professional sales experiences. * Represent the brand at networking events, mixers, and industry-focused functions. * Own your pipeline and performance metrics, using your expertise in product knowledge and negotiation. * Collaborate with broader sales and account teams to secure major projects and support supply chain agreements. * Share best practices with your colleagues to promote a culture of high performance and teamwork. * Use CRM tools for effective customer and project management, along with regular reporting duties.
