We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturer within the engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales team. The Role
As Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales operation — ensuring orders run smoothly, customers are supported, and opportunities are maximised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the Sales team
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on sales leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and database management (MIE Trak ERP)
- Support customer service initiatives, including surveys and complaint resolution
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering to meet customer deadlines
- Assist with exhibitions, customer meetings, and visits
- Gather market and product insights to support commercial activity
- Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 standards, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations
- Positively represent the company brand at all times
