Bid Co-ordinator & Writer Full-time | Monday – Friday 08.30-5pm We’re partnering with a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation seeking a talented Bid Co-ordinator & Writer to join their growing Commercial Team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be at the heart of winning high-value contracts, shaping persuasive submissions, and ensuring the bid process runs seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, co-ordinating efforts to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive tenders. The Role As Bid Co-ordinator & Writer, you will: * Lead bid/no-bid discussions and keep projects on track. * Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all responses meet strict compliance and weighting criteria. * Gather input from subject matter experts and turn it into clear, persuasive content. * Support pricing and compliance requirements under the guidance of the Commercial Director. * Monitor tender opportunities, research market trends, and provide insight to inform strategy. * Maintain a bid library and “How To” resources for faster, smarter submissions. * Track and report on contractual obligations and support compliance meetings. About You We’re looking for someone with: * 2+ years’ experience in bid writing for public sector contracts. * 2+ years in an administrative or co-ordination role. * Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (report usage). * CRM experience (MS Dynamics 365 ideal). * Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills. * A collaborative approach and a sharp eye for detail.
