About the Role

Working closely with the Health & Safety and Compliance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining essential records, supporting audits, monitoring training requirements, and ensuring company systems remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Systems Administration
  • Maintain health & safety records, registers, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor equipment inspection and testing schedules, ensuring records remain current.
  • Track employee training and competency records, identifying upcoming and expired certifications.
  • Support the administration of industry-recognised qualifications and training programmes.
  • Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work documentation for review and approval.
  • Act as the first point of contact for compliance and non-conformance reports, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Track audit findings and support the completion of corrective actions.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operational teams.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, documents, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records across multiple company systems.
