We have a lovely role for an Account Executive who enjoys working with print and packaging, and building long term client relationships, to join a well-established international printing and packaging business headquartered in Hong Kong, partnering with leading brands to deliver high-quality printed products worldwide. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, friendly UK sales team and play a key role in driving account growth and supporting the continued success of a global organisation. This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days a week in the Reading office and 3 days working from home, (easily commutable from Oxford/London).

As Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of UK customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term client relationships across existing and new business.

  • Seeking out new business and expanding within their existing accounts
  • Leading customer meetings, creative workshops and product presentations
  • Acting as key point of contact between customers and overseas manufacturing teams

The successful person will have industry experience in account management, sales, foreign rights or print production, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. You should have the confidence to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced role and be a confident negotiator with communication skills to support both internal teams and overseas production partners.

There is a generous salary on offer and great company benefits including 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, pension scheme etc.
