We have a lovely role for an Account Executive who enjoys working with print and packaging, and building long term client relationships, to join a well-established international printing and packaging business headquartered in Hong Kong, partnering with leading brands to deliver high-quality printed products worldwide. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, friendly UK sales team and play a key role in driving account growth and supporting the continued success of a global organisation.

This is a hybrid role, offering 2 days a week in the Reading office and 3 days working from home, (easily commutable from Oxford/London).

The Role

As Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of UK customer accounts, ensuring strong long-term client relationships across existing and new business. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients, while identifying new opportunities
  • Seeking out new business and expanding within their existing accounts
  • Leading customer meetings, creative workshops and product presentations
  • Acting as key point of contact between customers and overseas manufacturing teams
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Providing clear reporting and forecasting

The successful person will have industry experience in account management, sales, foreign rights or print production, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. You should have the confidence to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced role and be confident in negotiation and communication skills to support both internal teams and overseas production partners.
