We are looking for an Admin / Receptionist on a Part Time basis to join our friendly and supportive team at Willow Tree Nursing Home. This role is key to the smooth day-to-day running of the home and to creating a welcoming, professional first impression for visitors, residents, and families.

The Role details
As an Admin / Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and reception support at Willow Tree Nursing Home. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area and answering telephone calls
- Greeting visitors, residents, and professionals
- Carrying out general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Supporting the management team with administrative duties
- Maintaining confidentiality and accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies
You will play an important role in supporting the home's operations while demonstrating care, respect, and empathy towards residents and their families.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administrative or reception experience, ideally within a care or healthcare setting
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
