YOUR ROLE
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contracted hours: 42 hours per week
- Support residents with personal care, respecting their dignity, privacy and choices.
- Help with meals and drinks, encouraging independence wherever possible.
- Offer companionship and support residents to enjoy their interests and activities.
- Follow individual care plans and report changes or concerns to colleagues.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and keep accurate care records.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A kind, patient and compassionate approach.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to listen.
- Reliability, teamwork and respect for every resident as an individual.
- A willingness to learn and develop your care skills.
Previous care experience is welcome, but not always necessary. If you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to care, we’ll support you with training and career development.
