Brookdale nursing home is seeking a Chef/Cook to join our friendly team.
You will prepare wholesome meals for residents, follow a four-week rotating menu, and cater for special dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
You will supervise kitchen assistants, manage stock and ordering, keep temperature and cleaning records up to date, and take part in funded training and career development opportunities.
Weekend rota may apply, with 36–44 contracted hours.
