We are looking for an experienced full time Mortgage Administrator to join our team as Team Leader.

This role is responsible for leading and supporting the Mortgage Administration team, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality administrative support throughout the mortgage application process.

The Team Leader oversees day-to-day workloads, provides guidance to team members, and ensures service standards, productivity, and compliance requirements are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end administration of mortgage applications, maintaining accurate client records, overseeing the timely submission of documentation to lenders and insurers, and ensuring cases progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

The role acts as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and third parties, resolving complex queries, monitoring outstanding actions, and ensuring effective communication.
