As Redwing Solutions continues to grow, we are looking to connect with an experienced HR Consultant who enjoys working on complex employee relations cases and building trusted client relationships. This is a hybrid, zero hours consultancy role, supporting clients across England, Scotland and Wales. If you are confident managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, restructures or TUPE matters, and you enjoy delivering practical, commercially focused advice, we would love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid, permanent role where you will be working between 3 and 5 days a month, with occasions that you will be required to travel to the Redwing office. You will be supporting our clients with complex disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and TUPE matters plus the straightforward day-to-day queries. You will have access to your own resources (letter templates, structures etc) but will also be supported by our Head of Delivery. Our style is very much that we trust you to get on delivering the advice to our clients, but we are here and are supportive.
What you will bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Up to date and strong UK employment law knowledge
- You are organised and experienced in handling complex information
- Experience operating as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner
- Confidence managing high-risk ER cases independently
- A calm, professional and client-focused approach happy to work autonomously
- Your own PC and good broadband connection at home
- Access to a car given our location
- Chartered status or regulated sector experience is a bonus, but not essential
Pay:
- £23 per hour plus holiday pay
- Mileage for any travel to our office in Redditch or to clients' premises
- You must be based in the West Midlands for this role
