Responsibilities · Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, you will take operational ownership of fleet availability, engineering compliance, and technical standards across multiple London bus garages. · In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will be both strategic and very much involved with the local teams — ensuring that daily Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR) targets are met, driving strict DVSA compliance, and leading the technical delivery of the zero-emission vehicle rollout. · You will act as a leader, coaching Depot Engineering Managers and their teams, and ensuring every vehicle leaving the depot meets uncompromising safety and presentation standards, whilst doing this cost effectively .
